I know he was the head of the warehouse until Sabre took over, but when he was moved up to the actual office it was never made clear what his new job title was. He really has no business being in the office, but Craig Robinson has become a star since the inception of the show I guess he demanded more screen time, and they gave it to him without really giving a reason for more screen time.
