If you're a therapist, do you actually care deeply for your patients, or are they just a job to you?

I think that in order to truly help people you must care about them. As a therapist if there was someone that I was unable to establish a rapport with, I would personally refer them out. I can't speak for everyone of course as there are good and bad people in every walk of life. I would suggest that you switch therapists if you have tried unsuccessfully to develop a positive rapport with someone and can truly say that you've given it your all or at least as much as you can give.

Bloody mucus after nosebleed?

Whenever I have a nosebleed, I just put a tissue up to my nostril (not in it). Lately, when I pull the tissue away I pull out a glob of bloody mucus. It never happens anytime else (blood or no blood). Today I actually had to blow my nose several times for it to come out. I don't have a stuffy or runny nose, no allergies or cold, no sinus pressure. Why does it happen and where is it coming from?
