CD7 and Ovulation or Close to it?

This is my first cycle after my Mirena IUD removal. AF lasted 5 days and I'm now on CD7. I've been having a LOT of EWCM today...? Also, when I went to the bathroom about an hour ago there was a HUGE glob of it with a little blood? I'm currently TTC #2 so I would just like some opinions/advice. I'm taking Evening Primrose Oil, so could that be the cause of it all? Also, I've heard traumatic events can kick start ovulation. Is this true? I went through something really big with my family today (nothing physical) and was just wondering if this could be the cause of it? I dunno, I'm at a loss. Thanks for the help.
