I think I got my first period...not sure? HELP! This is Serious.?

Ok so, today I went to the restroom and there was a small glob of gooey blood in the toilet. Then I wiped and there was a little blood on my toilet paper. I have never had my period but I have been having discharge 6-7 months. Ummm I have gotten almost none but it's only been about 6 hours...I'm starting to feel really bloated and sore in my abdomen. Period??
