Ovulation? Am I now or is it coming?

I am doing an IUI on Wed morning and I give myself the trigger shot at 8 tonight. My question is I went to the bathroom around 1 today and I had a glob of Cervical Mucus. I have always heard that when that happens you are ovulating. I have checked my CM and its not stringy or like eggwhites since then. This is our last go with IUI and I need the timing to be perfect. Will someone please help me and ease my mind? Am I ovulating now or is it coming?
