Rug burn on my left scrotum skin?

It's red, it's not itchy but just annoying. I know it's from friction because neither of us have an STD. It happen after a preticular rough session. She has a burn on her upper ***. I can't put alcohol on it (learned that from personal experience last year) what could I do? Just put ice on it? Any ideas?
