Unusual Period After Sex?

Recently me and my girlfriend had a short, love making, session on tuesday. It is now friday, the same week, and she is getting her period. But - it is lighter than usual. She took Ibuprofen earlier than she regularly does (before the period) and now got it and it's very light. I am curious, could this be a sign of pregnancy? I used a condom and was extremely careful.
