What could be wrong with my car?

It is a 94 buick la sabre and the oil, temp and battery light all come on at the same time and the car loses all power. If I crank it back up it is fine. I just had the oil changed and a catalitic ( or however u spell it) converter put on it two days ago. It has been doing this for several months now on and off.
