Did i do the wrong thing?

my boyfriend was away at schooling and he came back three days ago, until then we were fine not having a sexual relationship other then the occasional 'makeout session'. He came back and that night i staied the night at his house, and things just went all out, i guess you could say we went a bit too far i did oral sex on him and i regret it. I don't think i should have thinking back and i'm fifteen, alot of my friends have already gone ' all the way' but do you think it was a horrible thing i did, i hadn't seen him in two and a half months.
