TMI- globs of cm, ovulation or pregnancy?

So i've been off of birth control for about 4 1/2 weeks now, and today I've been having globs and globs of suuuuuper stretchy cm that's clear but tinted yellow... It's almost like rubber adhesive it doesn't feel wet at all.. Could this be a pregnancy symptom or ovulation?
