A drop of blood falls on hand, What does it mean?

Unexplained drop of blood falls on my hand, it didnt come from my nose or anywhere on my face. Looked on the ceiling and nothing cant explain it. Was in my bathroom and felt the glob of blood drip onto my hand. Have tried to Google this and havent came up with anything. What does it mean? Has anyone ever heard of this before?
