How do you deal with a smarmy parent?

I currently am teaching summer school. Now, the summer school session is only 20 days which means there are only 17 days left. The problem is that she is asking for me to do items that are not listed on the IEP for me to do. There are specific jobs that members of the IEP community do. For instance, a speech pathologist provides speech services; an occupational therapist provide occupational therapy; the special education teacher provide individualized instruction. However, when I try to explain this to the parent, the individual simply condescends and through actions makes it clear that I am not doing my job and that I am too ignorant to know how to do my job.
