you should go vegan my friend lost 50 pounds when she went vegan and kept the weight off... also you should workout at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday and dont eat more than 1500 calories a day and you will lose weight in a healthy way. dont starve yourself you will gain the weight right back. hope this helps and you need to cut out all junk food in your diet think of your body as temple and fruit vegetables and water will only make you healthier and happier
