HELP! Is my bird vomitting?

She has never done this before and from what ive read online I dont know. We are on vacation and she is in a travel cage. She bobbed fast with her beak open wide. She did this a few times until her millet came up. the glob was small, then she wiped her beak on the bars and shes eating again. her eyes are bright and clear. Shes 8 months old undnaed if that means anything.
