My puppy ate the stuffing from his bear!!?

He's 8 weeks old and he was playin with his bear and he coughed only once I noticed some stuffing on his mouth so I opened his mouth up and saw a small glob of stuffing on his tongue I tried to get it out but he swallowed it before I could I made him immediately drink a bunch of water and he hasn't coughed since I'm just worried if it's going to get stuck in his stomach?? he isn't acting like he's in pain or anything he's still playing with his chew toys
