Am I losing my mucous plug? 32 weeks?

Lately I've been having cramping everyday, yesterday it lasted for hours. Whenever I wipe when I use the bathroom, there is always globs of mucous. It has a slightly yellow tint to it sometimes, but doesn't smell.
