Can you play after the portal 2 ending?

i almost beat portal 2 but im wondering after the end (after u see wheatley floating in space) can you play anymore levels or something after that in story mode because on you tube i saw this guy in a puzzle room it looked like a fixed up nice room shooting holes with the orange (speed) globs coming out trying to solve a puzzle but not the one towards the end.
