Dark Red Glob a few Days ago, Am I Pregnant?

I am on about day 47 or so, my longest cycle since we have been TTC (May=8months) i have irregular periods. My breasts are usually sore for a week or two before my period, and they are not in the least bit sore right now, a few days ago i had a dark red glob when i wiped, but thats all, no period. Could that be something with a pregnancy? Also for the past week or 2 when i wake up in the morning my stomach is upset.
