Has anyone else experienced WET cheese balls at the bottom of the bag?? LOL..seriously tho..?

At the bottom of a bag of cheetos cheese balls, there are always a few 'wet' ones. It's disgusting!!! And I'm not talking about the globs of cheese powder, I'm talkin like oiled cheeseballs! It has happened to the last 3 bags I've bought. YUK!
