Please answer if you could.....regular periods or miscarriage?

my period came a day ago and today i had small globs like thingys. I felt a little concerned and i just want to know what they mean. Normally i get them and never reallyy got any concerns. So i also want to k now if someonce can misscary in the first couple of weeks,,,,thanks
