Wild tangent will not start any games for me?

It lets me download games, then i click the coin free play button then the continue button after the ad, but the game never comes up. I tried taking the game app off my computer then downloading it again, but none of the games work. I tried a bunch of different games too, but they either just don't come up or they say my session has timed out. then it goes straight to the thank you for playing screen. What is wrong? Is it my computer? what can i do?
